   Ordered divan super king to realize didn’t fit upstairs. Phoned up was easy swap for king. When that came realized couldn’t get that upstairs, phoned up spoke to Fahad and he was super helpful in letting me swap again but for ottoman. 5 start customer service.

   I sent a complaint a few weeks ago about the mattress shrinking! It looked a bit shorter than the stated size on delivery, but is even shorter now. I have to buy a mattress extender now otherwise my feet get stuck in the gap!

   Very comfortable mattress not sure if it is too soft at the moment. After having my old mattress for so long this feels like luxury.

   Medium on the firm side mattress. Good support. Teenage son very happy with it. Comes roll packed easy to unpack. Be careful not to cut mattress when cutting plastic off. Arrived quickly delivery guys really helpful.

   Had the mattress 1 years now, I’d highly recommend it to anyone who likes a soft mattress and, unlike me, aren’t on the heavy side as mine now needs replacing as it’s sunk on the side I sleep on.
