    The service in store was outstanding, the employees were welcoming and very friendly. When entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, I told them roughly what I was looking for, they then showed me all options based on my needs, answering all my questions to make sure I could get the best bed for my needs. I ended up with a incredibly comfortable and stylish bed which has given me many great nights sleep. Delivery was quick and simple too. I would very much recommend THEFURNITURE to anyone I know!

    I regretted saving money on a mattress as soon as it arrived. Soft as a marshmallow and offering no support. Cheaply made with plastic staples showing on outside of mattress.

    The mattress comes rolled up in an airtight plastic bag so it was easy to carry upstairs; but be warned….it was a tad heavy! Once the packaging is removed the pressure of the mattress just gradually expands like a Muffin does in the oven! It’s a very comfortable mattress – it’s worth the £!

    Delivery earlier than expected but wrapping was a bit dangerous in regard to staples. Headboard at the size and color we expected, so we’re happy with our purchase, good product in a fair price!

    I was very happy with my experience, easy to order, didn’t have to wait long before I got a phone call telling me when my bed was being delivered, and I was kept up to date by the delivery guy Frank about when he was arriving. When he arrived, Frank was friendly and helpful and I was very happy with my experience.
