   Very comfortable mattress. I have arthritis and have had an orthopedic mattress in past which was far to hard but this is a number 4 comfort mattress and its perfect. Never slept so well for years. Came shrink rapped and just opened box and emptied the mattress onto bed frame. Opened plastic wrap in middle where indicated and mattress just expanded and it was very easy to handle.

   Ordered divan super king to realize didn’t fit upstairs. Phoned up was easy swap for king. When that came realized couldn’t get that upstairs, phoned up spoke to Fahad and he was super helpful in letting me swap again but for ottoman. 5 start customer service.

   I sent a complaint a few weeks ago about the mattress shrinking! It looked a bit shorter than the stated size on delivery, but is even shorter now. I have to buy a mattress extender now otherwise my feet get stuck in the gap!

    I love my new Divan bed. It came within the given time frame and it is amazing. The color is vibrant and the bed is sturdy. Great price too. Very happy overall and would recommend THEFURNITUREVILLA.
