   The mattress looks good and deep, feels firm, but arrived with some black marks on and black loose threads are visible under top mattress layer.

   I regretted saving money on a mattress as soon as it arrived. Soft as a marshmallow and offering no support. Cheaply made with plastic staples showing on outside of mattress.

   We chose this particular bed frame after discussion with my daughter who bought the exact same frame from you a few years ago. I was impressed by the standard of engineering when I unpacked it and put it together. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

   Really thrilled. Easy to buy online and bed and mattress was delivered 2 days later. Product quality very good. Value for money. Delivery was excellent. Kept informed on progress by map and received call when half an hour away. Very pleased.

   Brilliant quality bed. Took my husband 4 hours to build the bed on his own. But the bed is fabulous quality and the finish is far superior to what I was expecting for the price. Soft suede feel to the fabric in a gorgeous dark grey.
